Small basic campground a 5-minute walk from the permanent waterhole at Ellery Creek Big Hole, one of the classic swimming and photo stops on the West MacDonnell loop from Alice Springs. Gas BBQs and toilets are provided but bring your own drinking water; the waterhole is safe from crocs but extremely cold, so keep swims short. Category B site, book and pay online before arrival.
