Free riverside camp on the Murrumbidgee at the southern edge of Narrandera, opposite the town boat ramp near the old Oakbank Brewery ruins. Self-contained travellers can stay up to 72 hours, with toilets, BBQs and picnic areas on site; dogs are welcome. Close to the highway so expect some truck noise, but an unbeatable free base for Riverina fruit-picking season.
