Horticultural Labourer

Grape Co Farms Pty Ltd is seeking applicants for up to 32 horticultural laborers for full time fixed term employment. Employment terms will be a maximum of 9 months. Work will commence immediately in the month of January 2027. The position is based on a 38 hour week from Monday through to Friday. Working hours will generally be from 8.00am to 4.00pm. The position is for a Level 1 full time employee and conditions are defined in the Horticultural Award (2020). The company is located in Merbein South, Victoria, Australia and is in the business of table grape growing and production. The main duties will include table grape picking and packing, vine pruning and training, tractor and forklift driving as well as general farm hand duties. The majority of the duties will be completed outdoor and require significant physical labour. No previous experience is necessary and on-the job training will be provided to upskill employees. Successful applicants will be motivated and have the ability to operate in a fast past team environment.
