Key Responsibilities Perform skilled meat processing including cutting, trimming, boning, slicing and portioning meat products Operate knives, bandsaws and other meat processing equipment safely and efficiently Prepare carcasses and meat products according to company and industry standards Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and workplace safety Inspect meat quality and ensure compliance with Australian food safety regulations Work effectively within a team to meet daily production targets
