Horticulture Workers - Ardmona

Ahmadi Orchard Management Pty Ltd is looking for 50 horticultural labourers to start in late October 2026 for an employment period of up to 9 months, spanning the fruit and vegetable seasons. Positions will be available in the Ardmona region of VIC.

Key responsibilities for these positions will include:

• physical labour,
• picking and packing of vegetables,
• planting and pruning,
• weeding and mulching,
• packhouse duties, and
• general labour, as required.

Requirements of the role:

• being on your feet, standing for long periods of time,
• walking long distances,
• lifting heavy objects,
• working in various conditions (hot humid through to cold weather),
• be available for shift work as well as working out the entire season.

Successful applicants will be paid by the relevant hourly award rate (pay rates are based on Level 1 under the Horticulture Award 2020 MA000028).

Work is available 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, for a minimum of 30 hours a week. However, sometimes work will also be offered on weekends.
