As a full-time, permanent employee, you will work 38 hours per week with the potential for overtime and weekend work on rotation. Primary Purpose / Duties

• Picking of fruit using a bike/cart or ladders.
• Packing of fruit in accordance with quality standards.
• Stacking of crates/cartons onto pallets in coolroom environment.
• Labelling and organisation of packaging.
• Weeding, planting, and other general farm/crop maintenance.
• Safe use of vehicles and material handling equipment where required (eg Tractor, Forklift, etc.).
• Cleanliness of workstations/trolleys, including any equipment used.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Comply with company WH&S standards and policies.
