About the role

Rowe Contractors is seeking an experienced Farm Plant Operator to join our farm and earthmoving team based in the Irwin Shire, WA 6525. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our enterprise. As a Farm Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of machinery and equipment, ensuring that all activities are completed to the highest standards. This role is essential to maintaining our productivity and operational excellence across our operations.

Key responsibilities

Operate a range of machinery and plant, including but not limited to tractors, bobcats and loaders.

Operate machinery in accordance with all safety protocols and guidelines, maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety standards

Collaborate with other team members to coordinate operations and ensure timely completion of tasks

Undertake general farm duties as required, supporting the wider operations of the farming business

What we're looking for

Proven minimum 2 years experience operating machinery and plant, with corresponding farm work experience.
