Braham Produce is a grower of premium quality capsicums on the Northern Adelaide Plains utilising both leading edge technology and environmental practices including Integrated Pest Management (IPM). Braham Produce supplies high-end capsicums across Australia.
Qualifications & experience
The successful applicant must have attention to detail with a can-do attitude and will need to demonstrate experience and competence in:
Experience in horticultural operations/farm management
Cultural adaptability and willingness to work with diverse range of stakeholders
A willingness to be hands on and participate in a broad range of duties, a strong work ethic is essential.
Forklift license
Driver's license
Good communication skills
Ability and willingness to work outdoors, in all kinds of weather conditions.
ChemCert certification
Tasks & responsibilities
Pre-plant set up. Planting and pruning operations
Crop Maintenance, Crop scouting and monitoring using IPM.
Inspection of crops to determine yield and suitability for harvest.
Packing, record keeping.
Staff management.
Maintain work, health & safety practices.
All requirements as directed to achieve business objectives.…
