Horticultural Farm Hand

Nutrano Produce Group requires 1 hardworking and dedicated farm hand for our Gin Gin, QLD location to commence around November 2026 for up to 4 years.

Duties: Duties include (but are not limited to) general farm work such as crop pruning and thinning, weeding, tractor and machinery operation, crop irrigation and herbicide application. Other duties include fruit picking, packing, and sorting.

Requirements:

• The work is outdoors and is very physically demanding, involving heavy lifting, reaching, bending, standing and walking.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to work as a team within a large culturally diverse workforce is essential.
• This is a long-term role; the successful applicant needs to be able to commit to a placement of up to 4-years.
• Early morning starts will be required - start and finish times may vary depending on season and harvest requirements.
• Applicants must be willing and able to attend other Nutrano sites (Victoria, NT) on request.
• No previous skills or qualifications are required; training will be provided. However, relevant licenses are required for tractor and machinery operation.
• A pre-employment medical and screening will be required.
