Horticulture Workers

Global Harvesting Pty Ltd are seeking 100 Fruit and Vegetable farm workers to commence in late September 2026 at farms in and around Toowoomba / Crows Nest QLD regions. These positions are suited to those who are able to commit to the full season of 9 months.

Key responsibilities in these roles will include (but are not limited to) the following:

• picking various type of berries, as well as some citrus
• pruning and thinning
• general farm labouring duties, where required.

Required skills and personal attributes:

• Ability to follow instructions, quickly learn and apply new processes,
• Work as part of a team,
• Comfortable standing, walking and bending over for long periods of time, as well as heavy lifting, climbing ladders and engaging in repetitive tasks
• Physically fit and capable of performing physically demanding work in tough environments, (i.e. working outside in the elements, heavy lifting etc).

Successful applicants will be offered employment on a casual basis and paid as a pieceworker or by the relevant hourly award rate depending on the work performed (pay rates and conditions are based on the Horticulture Award 2020 MA000028). They will be offered an average of…
