Crop Farm workers/ general farm work

Hillwood Berries Pty Ltd requires Vineyard Workers/Farm Labourers to commence from August 2026. You will be employed in a permanent part-time capacity. There are 200 positions available.

Although you will be employed by Hillwood Berries, you may be working under labour hire arrangements on other farms.

Work will primarily be based in the **Huon/Lucaston area**, with work potentially available at vineyards and farms **within a 100km radius of the Huon/Lucaston area**. Depending on operational requirements, work may also be conducted at other agricultural properties within this area.

You will be required to complete tasks such as pruning, bud removal, weeding, trellising work and picking. There may also be some work such as planting or berry picking at Hillwood Berries, depending on work availability.

General farm work will usually be paid on an hourly basis. You will be working 38 hours per week, with employment under the **Hillwood Farm Services Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2025 (AE53186)**.

The job classification is:

• **Level 1:** $25.80 per hour for the first 6 months
• **Level 2:** $26.45 per hour thereafter
