Full Time Flower Farm Workers -(Farm Hand, Horticultural Assistant, Flower Farm Assistant)

We are seeking 20 reliable and hardworking full-time Flower Farm Workers to join our flower-growing operation in Galston, NSW.

The successful applicants will work as part of a farm team and assist with the day-to-day growing, harvesting and preparation of flowers for sale. Hours : 38 hours per Week - Work Hours are 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday, however these hours may change during peak times and there may be some weekend work involved. If there is overtime, you will be paid accordingly to the award wage overtime category. Employment period: 3 years Proposed start date: 1 January 2027

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties will include:

• Planting and caring for flowers and crops
• Preparing soil and planting beds
• Weeding and maintaining growing areas
• Watering and general crop maintenance
• Picking and harvesting flowers
• Sorting and preparing flowers for sale
• Bunching and packing flowers
• Maintaining clean and organised work areas
• Assisting with general farm duties
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Working cooperatively as part of a team
