Chef

The Chef is responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality Italian cuisine while also contributing to the operational management of the kitchen. Unlike a Cook position, the Chef is expected to take responsibility for an allocated kitchen section, contribute to menu and recipe development, assist with food and labour cost control, monitor food quality, support ordering and stock management, and assist in the training and supervision of junior kitchen employees.
