Hours of Work Typical working hours are between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, up to six days per week. Start and finish times may vary depending on seasonal conditions, weather, crop requirements and operational needs. Weekend work may be required during peak production and harvest periods. About the Role The primary duties of this position involve crop picking and packing. Employees may also be required to undertake a variety of general farm duties, including:
- Planting, growing, harvesting and packing crops as directed
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements
- General farm maintenance
- Crop maintenance activities
- Cleaning and preparing work areas and equipment
- Undertaking other duties as directed by supervisors
