About the Role: As a cafe worker, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café, leading a small team, and delivering exceptional service to locals, travellers, and tourists alike. You’ll have the autonomy to manage stock and ensure smooth operations in a unique, close-knit community setting. Strong barista experience is required, along with the ability to train and mentor staff in barista skills.
